As a result of device and protocol studies conducted by T-LAB, EXOMINE achieves an approximate count of 4-5 billion vesicles per mL. With a final product size of approximately 5cc, EXOMINE delivers an industry-leading vesicle count, providing users with an average of 25-30 billion vesicles.

To be defined as exosomes, vesicles need to have sizes ranging from 30-150nm, be analyzed with relevant CD markers, and exhibit high viability. Studies conducted with EXOMINE reveal an average vesicle size of 116nm, with analysis using relevant CD markers confirming that 98% of the vesicles are platelet-derived exosomes. Neutral laboratory results further demonstrate a viability rate of 99%.

Immunophenotypic measurements were performed using the Beckman Coulter DxFLEX Flow Cytometry system, and the evaluation was completed with the CytExpert DxFLEX software program. (Measurements were implemented at the Private Deren Laboratory)

According to the results of the conducted studies, it has been demonstrated through impartial laboratory results that 4.5×109 particles/mL of vesicles were obtained using the EXOMINE Kit. The average vesicle size was found to be 116.6 nm. Analysis conducted with relevant CD markers revealed that 98% of the vesicles were exosome-derived, and viability was confirmed to be 99%.
