Rejeneratif tedavilere olan talep son y\u0131llarda \u00e7ok belirgin \u015fekilde artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Deri hem \u00e7oklu h\u00fccre i\u00e7eri\u011fi, hem de deri katmanlar\u0131 ve k\u0131l folik\u00fcllerinde yerle\u015fik epidermal ve mezenkimal eri\u015fkin k\u00f6k h\u00fccreleri ile rejeneratif dermatoloji uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ilgi \u00e7ekici bir hedeftir. Bu h\u00fccreler do\u011frudan enjekte edildikleri alandaki h\u00fccre havuzunu desteklemenin yan\u0131s\u0131ra \u00e7e\u015fitli imm\u00fcnmod\u00fclat\u00f6r etkiler \u00fcstlenebilir, molek\u00fcler seviyede h\u00fccresel yenilenme i\u00e7in gerekli olan yolaklar\u0131 uyarabilirler. Deriden dermoepidermal s\u00fcspansiyon eldesi enzimatik veya mekanik y\u00f6ntemlerle sa\u011flanabilir. G\u00fcncel reg\u00fclasyonlar sebebiyle enjekte edilebilir formdaki \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda enzimatik y\u00f6ntemler terk edilmi\u015f ve mekanik y\u00f6ntemler \u00f6n plana ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Dermoepidermal s\u00fcspansiyonlar, otolog h\u00fccresel mikrogreft ad\u0131yla da an\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Estetik ve kozmetik dermatoloji alan\u0131nda ba\u015fta androgenetik alopesi olmak \u00fczere rejuvenasyon ve skar tedavisi ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Medikal dermatolojide de yara tedavisi ve vitiligo i\u00e7in tercih edilebilir. ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


<\/strong>Recently, there has been a significant increase in the demand for regenerative therapies, especially within dermatology. The skin is a particularly interesting area for these treatments because it contains various types of cells, including adult stem cells, which can help in regeneration. These cells do not only replenish local cellular groups but also stimulate crucial regenerative molecular pathways and exert immunomodulatory effects. The preparation of dermoepidermal suspensions, achieved either enzymatically or mechanically, now leans towards mechanical methods due to regulatory changes. Often referred to as autologous cellular micrografts, these suspensions are widely utilized in both cosmetic and medical dermatology. In cosmetic dermatology, they are particularly beneficial for rejuvenation, scar treatment,and androgenetic alopecia. They’re also useful in medical indications for treating wounds and dermatological disorders like vitiligo. This review will focus on detailing the protocols for preparing these suspensions and summarize the literature data on the effectiveness in various dermatological applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
