We do not call the process of making adipose tissue injectable as stem cells. We completely isolate the SVF cells from the tissue for you.
Our final product is rich in nucleated cell, while completely excluding fibrotic tissue, fat cell and triglyceride. We offer you safe injection with the 41 Micron filtering we apply to the final product.
Fat injection provides a mechanical effect in patients due to its nature, but it cannot create a high regenerative effect in terms of stem cells like concentrated SVF isolation.
Stem cells separated from the tissue and concentrated can multiply rapidly in the body in the natural nutrient medium and turn into different cells. It offers you a real regenerative treatment, unlike fat injection.
Micronized adipose tissues also contain stem cells, but this does not mean that SVF cell groups are isolated and become pure and concentrated.
With Microlyzer SVF, you can see the final product with your own eyes under any microscope, even detect, count and easily measure the viability of nucleated/nucleated cells under a fluorescent microscope.

Flow Cytometry was used to differentiate between hematopoietic and endothelial cell populations and the exclusion of surface antigens (CD34, CD29, CD14, CD11b and HLA-DR) helped us to determine the percentage of mesenchymal, endothelial, pericyte, leukocyte, stromal/progenitor cells in the final product.
